RAVENOL® Low Emission Truck SAE 15W-40 is a mineral motor oil for the API CJ-4 trucks with a low SAPS (low content of sulfated ash, phosphorus, sulfur) additive package. Application. RAVENOL® Low Emission Truck SAE 15W-40 ensures: excellent engine protection in cold start conditions, in extremely low temperatures; rapid engine lubrication and sufficient oil film thickness at the temperatures as low as -40°C; protection from sludge, soot, lacquer and corrosion even in poor conditions; prevention of early DPF (diesel particulate filter) clogging and reduction of maintenance intervals; neutral to sealing materials; stable excellent viscosity; good resistance to shear; excellent detergent and dispersive properties; excellent protection from wear and corrosion (even if not used during a long time); high resistance to oxidation; excellent engine cleanliness; protection from foaming; extended change intervals; support at low temperatures; reduced deposits on the valves for better engine protection; keeping engine power and saving fuel. Application. RAVENOL® Low Emission Truck SAE 15W-40 is intended for use in EURO=5 engines fitted with the exhaust gas after-treatment systems, EURO-4, EURO-3 engines, when the manufacturers set special requirements to the exhaust gas recirculation systems, i.e.: EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) with ULSD (with low-ash diesel fuel with the maximum sulfur 15 ppm) or usual diesel fuel (550 ppm of sulfur) from Volvo, Mack, MAN, IVECO, Daimler, DAF, Caterpillar, Komatsu for DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) e.g., DPD (Diesel Particulate Detuser) for ISUZU, MAZDA, NISSAN and DPR (Diesel Particulate active Reduction) from HINO and Toyota.
