ZIC XQ LS is fully synthetic motor oil of the highest quality. It is made according to LOW SAPS technology (decreased sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur content). It is recommended for gasoline and diesel engines of passenger cars, turbocharged and not, including for engines of the newest design meeting the Euro IV standards and equipped with CAT and DPF. Operation and viscosity characteristics enable to use ZIC XQ LS in all seasons, in any extreme climate conditions. When the ecological standards EURO IV have been introduced in the EU in 2005, it created a demand for motor oils with the reduced amount of sulfated ash, phosphorus and sulfur. To meet these standards, manufacturers of vehicles have changed the design of their engines, among other things, they've started to install DPFs for diesel engines. The traditional oils (not LOWSAPS) contain phosphorus and sulfur used as additives. These elements plug particulate filters, thus hazardous emissions are exhausted into the environment.
