Description
PRECISION* 3-in-1 protecting lubricants based on lithium and lithium set. Application. PRECISION* lubricants are high-quality, universal lubricants with the extended service life, specially developed to reduce maintenance costs on equipment and ensure long-term protection during operation at a wide temperature range. PRECISION* XL lubricant is based on base oils made by the unique Petro-Canada hydrotreatment technology with other fine refined oils, water-repellent polymers with adhesive properties, extreme-pressure additives, rust and corrosion inhibitors. PRECISION Synthetic lubricants are produced based on synthetic fluids and an efficient additive package to use equipment at a wide operating temperature range. As a result, the lubricants exceed similar products of other leading manufacturers by their properties. They ensure long-term protection at high operating temperatures and have improved adhesive properties and resistance to increased operating loads. Application of the effective PRECISION* XL and PRECISION* Synthetic lubricants leads to reduced maintenance costs thank to the extended service life of the lubricant, protection for a longer period and reduced costs on equipment maintenance. PRECISION XL EP2 grease is recommended for bearings, operated in severe conditions, and standard bearings, operated on small and high speeds. Thanks to its thick consistency, it can be used instead of PRECISION XL EP1 grease in the increased humidity conditions. The operating temperature range: from -200C to 1600C. Application. PRECISION Synthetic includes: Wheel bearings, including the ones equipped with disc brake mechanisms. Chassis lifting points, water pumps, and steering gears. Bearings of wet and dry ends of paper machines. Gear couplings running on low/medium speeds. Conveyors of ball crushers and bearings of crushers.
